Structural characteristic:

for hot water, steam, oil medium,move by sliding between the sliding sleeve and outside sleeve, Finally achieving the
compensation of the thermal expansion.
Installation method
General sleeve
1, sleeve type compensator in the installation shall be properly kept, prevent weathered and dust pollution.
2, when installation, should check the compensator model specification and design are consistent, the product surface
should be no bruising, pit, and the serious corrosion defect affecting the quality of products, etc.
3, the onetime compensator is consistent with the samples, the total length of finished products don't have to stretch or
compression, if there is new on the telescopic duct installation line, should again after alignment for installation
4, for twoway thrust compensator, a diagram must be in the note to the flow direction of medium of the installation, when
the medium is steam, lest compensator to form gas plug. In order to guarantee the compensation amount of the
compensator two directions are equal, when the design must have the two-way compensator is arranged between two
fixed point.
5, and the phase compensator on both ends of the welding section must break processing, water pressure test in
accordance with requirements after welding (pressure test on both ends of the bolt should be tighten packing chamber)
without any leakage. Run 24 hours later, the packing room must be tight on both ends of the bolt again.
6, in order to guarantee pipeline without lateral displacement, only along the axial expansion, the expansion pipe side
guide bracket. When two Zha compensator are axial displacement, then both sides should guide bracket, ensure that
the axial displacement of compensator eccentricity plus or minus (+ -) not more than once.
7, the compensator can be the same as the pipe insulation waterproof structure, but can not exert blind on the expansion
