Overview

Flanged Expansion Joint is also called Flanged Rubber Joints, pipe shock absorber, flexible rubber joint. We manufacture rubber joint is flexible coupling of metal pipe, composed by inner layer, Nylon cord fabric enhanced, outer layer composite rubber ball and metal flange. Working pressure is higher than ordinary flexible rubber joint. The product has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good flexibility, big displacement, balance pipe deviation, absorb vibration, reduce noise, convenient for installation.

Flanged rubber joints manufactured could primarily reduce the vibration and the noise of the piping systerm completely solve the different piping problems as dispalcement of joint,axial flex and etc.

According to different material requirment , flanged expansion joint could be made as acid proof,alkali proof,corrosion proof to suit different medium and enviroment.

The material are good sealing ,light weighting,easy to fix and maintain,also has longworking expecting.. But please keep the rubber joint far away from sharp matal in order to avoid breaking of the rubber body.

Characteristics:

1.Flanged single sphere expansion rubber joint can greatly reduce pipeline system vibration and noise, can solve the problem of joint displacement, axial expansion, etc.

2.According to different materials manufacture, flexible rubber joint can be made into many kinds: acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosive resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, adapt to many mediums and different environment.

3.Material is polar rubber, good sealing, light weight, easy installation, long service life, avoid contacting with sharp metal device.

4.If use overhead, can match with elastic support, when installation, bolt with diagonal method to tighten up.

5. If pipeline pressure is high, use bolt connect the flange both ends.
