Overview

Flange adaptor couplings provide an effective means for inserting a flange into a pipeline for connection to another flanged component or valve. These adaptors are suitable for use in potable water; non-potable water and wastewater pipelines.
Working pressures may vary from 10 to 16 bar depending on the application. The flange design of the adaptors is suitable for various international variations like DN, BS and ANSI.

1 . The flange adaptors allow an angular deflection of maximum 4˚.
2 . This enables you to mount these also when there is a slight misalignment in an otherwise straight pipeline.
3 . The bolts and nuts are anti-friction coated to offer easy tightening and to prevent galling.
4 . Can be installed without disassembling which makes installation faster and easier.
5 . Captive bolt head for one spanner operation to simplify the assembly in the field.
6 . The moulded ribs in the gasket absorb minor imperfections in the pipe.
